Saturday Favorites!

I'm late by a day...I know...what can I say?? I'm a busy college student! Anyways, these are the things I've been loving this week! 

1. Favorite Place: Heritage Park

There's a park near where I live that has been my favorite place to come and do quiet time. It's relaxing and beautiful but not super crowded! I think it's a place mostly only townies know about so not many students come!

2. Favorite Summertime Activity: Tubing!

Every year my campus ministry, CRU, goes tubing down the New River on the first Saturday of the semester. I went last year and it was a blast! This year I went again and came back with a sunburnt chest and back... But totally worth the GoPro video my friend got of me doing a backflip. 

3. Favorite Organization Tool: Day Designer Planner
The past couple weeks have been incredibly hectic with coming back to school and catching up with friends. So I've been staying organized with my Day Designer Planner from Target! I use the monthly view to keep track of assignments, meetings, exams and social events. Then I use the daily view as my to-do list for everyday.

4. Favorite Animal: THIS DOG

No commentary necessary. 

5. Favorite Book: #GIRLBOSS by Sophia Amoruso

This book is awesome. It's a story of how Sophia Amoruso founded the $100+ million company, NastyGal. She's not your typical CEO, in fact, she didn't even finish high school! 

6. Favorite Hokie Fan Moment: BEING ON ESPN!

My lifetime goal and dream have been accomplished.
